A last round of speaker announcements

While we were announcing our speaker line up one by one – we are left with just another day for WordCamp Pune to start.

Here is a list of seven speakers that will speak at the WordCamp.

Md. Anam Hossain

Anam Hossain is a passionate WordPress Developer and developing at ThemeXpert for 3+ years. He likes to play with the technology and implement those into themes and plugins. On weekends he tries to contribute to the WordPress community and helps to solve problems in the WordPress Forums.

His topic will be WordPress Plugin Development from Scratch with ReactJS

Alexander Gounder

Alex is a known face in the WordPress Community in India, primarily because of his work as Meetup Organizer and Organizer in Mumbai. 

He runs a digital agency called Ink my web in Mumbai which focuses on developing websites in WordPress, other than providing Inbound Marketing, Social media marketing and SEO Services.

Alex will speak on a How he broke WordCamps in India

Kushal Pandya

Kushal is a Frontend Engineer at GitLab for past 2 years and is maintainer of both GitLab CE and EE. His job includes working mainly in Plan and Portfolio Management side of things in GitLab EE, he also is a Merge Request Coach (i.e. assisting community contributors in contributing to GitLab).

Kushal will speak about SaSSy Components

Saurabh Dixit

Saurabh is a Software Engineer lead and mentor at Axelerant. His forte is web development with WordPress and he’s contributed various WordPress plugins to the community—with several plugins are having 50K+ active installs.

Saurabh will speak on Automation: Modernising your deployment

Imran Sayed

Imran’s WordPress journey began in 2015, where he started learning WordPress and Javascript. What he loves about the WordPress community is that it is open and inclusive, one of the most vibrant open source communities globally!

At WordCamp Pune, he will Introduce us to Gutenberg

Makarand Mane

Makarand is WordPress enthusiast, working on WordPress from last 7 years. From label of full freelance status he now turned into Agency with special brand for WordPress Service known as WPGenius.in

A long time Marathi translation contributor and GTE – he will take stock of Marathi translation project for WordPress.

Tripad Mishra

Tripad is a freelance UI/UX designer and a closet coder. He has helped worked on a wide variety of WordPress & WooCommerce projects in the past. He is an open source enthusiast with a passion for DIY and undying love for Coffee.

Tripad will give us some ideas of optimizing your (self hosted) WordPress website
